Our concept is simple and built on our own experience. 25 years ago I came up to Door County to work in Fish Creek during the Summers and had a dream to own a home in Door County one day.  We have owned and managed rental properties for nearly 20 years and in 2017 my wife August and I purchased our first vacation home in Door County on Rowleys Bay. We worked hard and built a small business to create an outstanding vacation home experience for our guests. During this process we learned a lot, including;

Our goal is not to be the biggest property manager in Door County, it is simply to be the best. Our vision is to build a boutique property management company, specializing in Northern Door County vacation homes and to build a small business with less than 10 properties. This will allow us to care for your vacation home like it is ours and provide the following services;

  • Complete property management services including;
    • Custom branding of your home
    • Complete marketing and customer acquisition
    • Your home will be advertised on our Web-site, along with VRBO, Airbnb along with target marketing on all Door County vacation home web-sites, along with our network of Realtors within Door County
    • Cleaning and property maintenance, including lawn care and snow removal
      • Cleaning will be charged to guests and be a pass-through cost, which you are not paying for
      • Lawn care and snow removal will be extra, billed direct to you
      • 20% of net revenue will be charged by Northern Door County Vacations, LLC for vacation property management services
    • Monthly billing and revenue payments, including statement of transactions
    • Through our Web-site, guests will be able to pay for their stay via credit card, or book direct on the home sites like VRBO or Airbnb
    • Pictures and a virtual tour with drone footage included, used to market your home

    • No annual contract
      • We believe that it is our responsibility to earn your business and if you are not happy, than we don’t want to tie up any property owner in a long-term contract.  We do have a contract in place to protect you, but we offer you a 30 day notice cancelation in the event that you are not 100% satisfied.
    • Maintenance is charged at cost, with a threshold agreed upon by property owner to communicate prior to doing work
    • Custom labeled wine bottle for guest upon check-in along with a hand written personal note
    • Client satisfaction surveys done for each guest stay
      • All shared with you to evaluate the cleaning, check-in, communication and guest experience
    • Included is consultation from us on how to optimize a vacation experience for guests
    • Concierge service for guests including grocery shopping in advance of stay at extra cost to guest if they choose
    • We have a cleaning team of 3 dedicated cleaners in Northern Door County, along with a maintenance team who is reliable and has done terrific work for us over the last 6 years.
