Our concept is simple—and rooted in personal experience.
Twenty-five years ago, I came to Door County to work Summers in Fish Creek at Summertime Restaurant and dreamed of one day owning a home here. Nearly two decades after purchasing and managing rental properties across the Midwest, my wife, August, and I were fortunate enough to buy our first Door County vacation home on Rowleys Bay in 2017.

From that single home, we worked hard to build a small business dedicated to creating an exceptional guest experience. Along the way, we learned invaluable lessons:

We are intentionally building a boutique management company specializing exclusively in Northern Door County vacation homes. Our plan is to remain small (fewer than 20 homes), ensuring we can care for each property as though it were our own.
