Breathtaking 5 bedroom, 3 bath luxury waterfront home in northern Door County, featuring 200 feet of waterfront shoreline in Ellison Bay!  This home is perfect for a family or small group looking for an exceptional Door County experience.  This home has been renovated in 2023, featuring a new kitchen with granite counter tops, new stainless-steel appliances (gas cook top, 2 refrigerators, Bosch dishwasher, convection oven). New wood floors throughout. Classic stone fireplace. New central air conditioning and gas heat. Decorated professionally by designer. New bathrooms with tile shower/tub.  This home features 5 bedrooms: Master with King bed and on suite bathroom, 3 bedrooms with Queens beds, and a bunk room with 1 lower Full bed and 3 Twin beds). All have new mattresses .  Three bedrooms with views to die for overlooking the water!  Huge expansive deck with cable, child-safe railing off living room and 2 bedrooms with views to die for.  Very private on 2 acres.  Room for parking 5 cars and boat trailer.   Several local docks close by with rental slips available.  Washer/dryer, water softener, 3 TVs w/cable, and Wifi internet.  Port a Pier for swimming. *Based on weather and availability, the goal is to have the dock in by late May, but no guarantee on this.  Second deck located 15 feet from water. *** 7 night minimum from mid June through mid August***  Otherwise, 2 night minimum.

Door County is renowned for its natural beauty, art galleries (Plein Air Art Festival in July), unique shopping and antiquing, local restaurants, and sophisticated small-town appeal.  Enjoy home grown cherries, pies, and local cheeses.  Discover exceptional roads for both serious and laid back bikers, hiking in several large state parks, Newport Beach, abundant fishing, all water sports (skiing, parasailing, kayaking, canoeing). Scenic country roads at end of driveway for walking/jogging.  Wildflowers bloom throughout the property. Leaf peeping and Oktoberfest make fall a perfect time to visit as well.  But above all, the sunsets over clear waters are truly unforgettable and stargazing (Milky Way easily seen) is some of the best USA has to offer! The property is a lovely romantic, family friendly, and nature inspired getaway.

For security purposes, a ring door bell camera is installed on front door and side deck in entry and exit to the property.  We look forwarding to having you enjoy the Treebrook property. Children Welcome: This is the perfect home for a one larger family or two smaller families (2 master bedrooms) also multigenerational groups.  Deck has cable see through railing to afford best possible view of water and may not be suitable for very young children

Non-smoking only: No smoking is allowed on the property or the deck.

Pets not allowed: No pets of any kind are allowed.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 25 years of age, no large party groups

Policies

 

Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of a total of 8 guests or less.

  1. Guests who are renting the property must be at least 25 years of age;
  2. No more than 8 occupants and only registered guests may use the house and its surrounds (unless owner permission is granted) b. Children are included in the guest total (infants are excluded)
  3. Payment: Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require 100% of the rental and fees at the time of booking. Reservations made more than 30 days in advance require a minimum of 50% of the total rental and fees at the time of the reservation with the remaining balance due at least 14 days before arrival. If the outstanding balance is not paid in full at least 30 days before arrival, the Homeowner, with no return of any payment made to date, may cancel the reservation.
  4. Damage: The Guest is responsible for damage to the property or furnishings by any member of the party. Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning including smoking in the house, spills and stains on linens, and/or damage to floors, furniture, woodwork, or walls will be charged to the booking guest.  It is the responsibility of the guest to report any damage that is at the home at time of check-in to Northern Door Vacations by calling 608-215-5882 or by e-mailing northerndoorvacations@gmail.com  If this is not done, it is assumed there is no damage and any damage that is present upon check-out is the sole responsibility of the guest to pay for repairs or replacement.
  5. By booking the reservation through the initial deposit and subsequent payment of final deposit, guest is agreeing to all policies states on this section and agree to all terms without exception and will be held liable to all policies as stated.
  6. Refunds: If a Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the payment will be refunded as follows:
  1. 100% if cancelled 30 days or more from check-in date, b. 50% if cancelled 21 or more days prior to check-in date, c. 100% if house is re-rented for all of the cancelled dates. If something is damaged or unfit for use upon check-in, Guest will notify Northern Door Vacations, LLC (608-215-5882) immediately by telephone and the Owner will work to get the item fixed or problem solved immediately. Acts of Nature such as power outages will not be considered the Owner liability.  Any refunds processed due to a cancelation of your reservation will be subject to the 3% credit card processing fee that we are charged on the original payment.  For example, if your original deposit was $103, you will receive $100 back for your refund to account for the credit card processing fee that we are charged.

If Owner cancels the Guest reservation at any time due to unavailability of the rental property for any reason, Northern Door Vacations, LLC will refund 100% of any payments made by the Guest. Owner liability will be limited to the Guest’s payments to Northern Door Vacations, LLC  only.

RENTAL RULES (this summary will also be posted in house)

  1. This property is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for

any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. The Homeowners, nor their Agents are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.

 

  1. Smoking or extinguished smoking materials are not allowed in the house or on the property.
  2. Tents and campers for extra sleeping are not allowed.
  3. Quiet hours after 10pm in respect for neighbors. Please respect the rights of your neighbors and respect the rules and standards of the development where the property is located.  Please keep outdoor noise minimal after 10pm for respect to the neighbors and to abide by municipality rules.  Multiple late night complaints from others will result in evection.  Non-adherence to this may result in eviction.
  4. No fireworks are permitted at any time.
  5. The property and all furnishings must be kept in good order.
  6. Clean any spills and excessive cooking/grilling residues. Place garbage and recyclables in the bins supplied outside, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and cleaned. Report any damage or something not working to the Owner immediately.
  1. Daily housekeeping is not provided. A reasonable fee will be charged for excessive laundry left for the cleaning crew at the end of a stay.
  2. Please do not take bath towels out of the house such as to the beach, boating, etc.
  3. Please do not place wet towels on beds, furniture, or carpeting.
  1. Please do not flush anything but toilet paper (TP). No paper towels, Kleenex, baby products, or feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If the septic system becomes clogged, the Guest will be charged the substantial repair fee.
  2. No refunds for storms or bad weather.
  3. Pets are not allowed by guests.
  4. Parking vehicles are to be in the designated driveway of the home only, guest vehicles are not to be parked on the road or shoulder, as to allow access to emergency vehicles.
  5. Recycling is mandatory in our area and we ask that all guest assist in this worthwhile effort.
  6. All trash and recycling containers are to be kept in outside receptacles. 
  7. Final requirement: RELAX AND HAVE FUN!

The best retreat in Door County!

The house is spacious and well-designed. It is in a beautiful location, very peaceful and yet close enough to stores and restaurants to be convenient. We held a family get-together with seven people and everyone was very happy there.

It was perfect for our group of friends in our 50’s to 80’s. With our group, having parking for 5 vehicles was great. What a gift to have treehouse views of the water over the bluffs. This is a great place for individuals with decling mobility: drive up to entrance, one small step in, all rooms on one level, and walk-in shower. Cutos to the the cleaning staff. Plus the host’s responsiveness was like having a personal vacation guardian angle. I wish my guardian angle would take notes! Truly, if you looking for a bit more secluded wooded place with water views and a short drive for more action, it is a gift.

This is the perfect family vacation home for multi generations! The lake, frontage and deck were incredible, and the views exceptional! The property is well-maintained, and we couldn’t be more happy with our stay!
