Goathaus was the perfect place for my family this past weekend. The kids loved the A frame cabin and spiral staircase, loved exploring the yard and the hammocks with great bay views!
The cabin was extremely clean, with fresh clean bed linens and super comfortable beds. The extra bedroom with bathroom above the garage was a perfect private spot for my in laws to stay and get a break from the kids 🙂
My group of 7, including 3 kids had plenty of space at the Goathaus.
We loved our time in Sister Bay, and will definitely be back to the Goathaus!
This was a great stay. Enjoyed the location, the home was nicely decorated and comfortable.
The Goat Haus was the perfect place for us. Its location in the woods between Ellison Bay and Sister Bay, yet near Door County Ice Cream, was ideal. We enjoyed our mornings hiking Ellison Bluffs or Death’s Door and grabbing coffee on the way back.
The A-frame provided wonderful solitude with its large windows looking out into the woods. Our beds were comfortable, the living space was open, and though the spiral staircase was a bit small, our kids loved it.
This was also our second experience booking through Northern Door, and they were great—highly responsive and respectful. We truly appreciated our vacation.
This was one of our favorite places to stay in Door County. It is a wonderful home with a great outdoor space and a beautiful view. It was extremely clean, well stocked and felt like home.
Spent a few days at the Goathaus with friends and had a lovely stay. The neighborhood is peaceful and close to Sister Bay and Ellison Bay. The house was clean, attractively and comfortably furnished and well-stocked. In the outdoor space we used the Adirondack chairs while we watched the birds that gathered on the feeders. We appreciated being able to put the car in the garage. Communication with the owners/managers was prompt and helpful. We all said we would go back and recommend the house to others. Enjoy!
